Learning is an industry requirement
As a property practitioner, you need to ensure that you meet the annual CPD requirements as set out by industry regulators. The CPD requirements fall into two categories. This can be achieved through completing recognised courses. We offers a wide selectoin of CPD courses that you can choose from.

What are the CPD requirements for property practitioners?
Every property practitioner must successfully complete a minimum amount of recognised learning per year. Each recognised course you complete counts towards your annual CPD requirements.
Recognised CPD Interventions
As per the PPRA, every real estate property practitioner is required to complete at four (4) CPD modules per calendar year in compliance with the relevant regulations. Please note that every CPD intervention remains valid for a 3-year period, and as a property practitioner you must complete 4 different CPD interventions every year. This means that during a 3-year period, you will be required to complete 12 different CPD courses and completed courses cannot be repeated during that 3-year period.
